As an integral aspect of our HVAC Business Group and in addition to our full service approach to the mechanical industry AMS has established a highly talented group of Sheet Metal professionals from design, drafting and estimating to shop fabrication and field installation. Combined with it's dedicated 40,000 SF fabrication shop located in Burr Ridge, IL and its primary supplier agreements with the major sheet metal fabricators, AMS Mechanical Systems is positioned to meet all your conventional and specialty sheet metal needs.

DESIGN and DRAFTING: In collaboration with its Professional Engineers and sheet metal designers AMS is positioned to provide significant value and intelligence to meet all your environmental requirements. Our primary approach to innovative system design is completed with life safety, code compliance, GREEN technology, reducing capital cost, and energy conversation as the basis of design. Secondary, but equally as important, our designers and detailers capitalize on current technology such a BIM, 3D and field expertise to provide a cohesive and accessible system.

FABRICATION: AMS has developed strong leadership, dedicated journeyman and state of the art fabrications process' to maintain a low cost basis for all it's commercial and custom fabrication needs. In addition to it's commercial fabrication capabilities AMS can provide shearing and forming capacity up to 1/4" plus certified welding for MIG, TIG and stick welding for all conventional and exotic metals to meet the requirments for both manufactuing and industrial applications.
