Food and Process Piping

In collaboration with our Industrial Refrigeration group, AMS Mechanical Systems offers the design and installation of the process and utility piping for automated process systems serving the bakery, dairy, beverage and meat industries. Our capabilities extend from the installation of all process line support systems -- including the hydraulic, compressed air, CO², N², and steam piping to the highly specialized stainless steel process piping systems.

As a single Source Provider for your ammonia refrigeration requirements and process piping needs, AMS has brought together the two key components of a successful food processing operation. Utilizing the same dedicated group of design and management personnel from our Industrial Refrigeration business group we can offer assistance in facility layout, ancillary equipment selection, and refrigeration interface. Our team approach takes the lead from plant management, maintenance, and engineering and leverages its own diverse mechanical and engineering resources to provide total client satisfaction.

Testimonials
"The foreman and pipefitters displayed top caliber in the field via tight/neat pipefitting, good welds, and by offering experienced insight/knowledge when appropriate. Outside of being done well, the work was also done efficiently and ahead of schedule. Lastly, the foreman and the pipefitters were very pleasant in their communications."

Sincerely,
Richard A. Ahrens
